Returns & Refunds

• Change your mind? Not a problem just email us at info@andme.nl within 14 days and return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 
• Faulty item? Mail us within 30 days for a full refund
• We only ask that you cover the cost of returning items and return them in the same condition you received, where applicable, in the original packaging. If your item is faulty return postage will be paid.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Any returned items which can not be resold will be donated to a local charity. 

Sale items can not be returned unless they arrive faulty.
