Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns, refunds and exchanges for whatever reason.

Change your mind? Not a problem just email us at info@andme.nl within 14 days and return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Faulty item? Mail us within 30 days for a full refund

We only ask that you cover the cost of returning items and return them in the same condition you received, where applicable, in the original packaging. If your item is faulty return postage will be paid.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Any returned items which can not be resold will be donated to a local charity. Sale items can not be returned unless they arrive faulty.

What is included when ordering a babygym?

Your babygym comes in a suitable box, including a manual, 2 feet, 4 poles and top bar with connecting blocks. The topbar has 3 wooden balls and a cotton band with a silicone ring.

How do I assemble the babygym?

The only tool you’ll need is a small flat screwdriver. Follow the steps on your manual which is included in the box.

Is the babygym safe?

The &me babygym has been tested to the EU CE standards. Once assembled properly it is safe for your baby to play with under adult supervision. Never leave your baby unattended.

Does the hammock fit every stroller?

The hammock fits most models of baby strollers that have a gap between the backrest and the handle of approximately 20 cm.
